Yes! The application allows for limited branding through the use of corporate logos and images that appears on the home page after you log in to your Reserve. We call this your banner image. This is done via a request to AgilQuest. (Sorry, you cannot make this change yourself at this time.)
Option 1: Where you see the text: "Love Where You Work" (line 1), this can be replaced with your company/organization name. You can also add your motto on this page on the 2nd line
Character Limits
The recommended character length for the application is as follows. This allows for the best look within the application.
- Line 1 (Major Motto) - up to 40 characters
- Line 2 (Minor Motto)- up to 75 characters
Option 2: The banner image itself can be replaced with your own corporate image (we recommend this!). Pictures of your office or simple corporate photos work great! You can even take the next step and embed your logo in the image itself. In fact, some of our customers provide multiple images and some have included their mission statement in each one. See below for an example.
How do you do this?
Create the image with your organization name and/or logo and then submit the image file to AgilQuest. If you are using the image for your mobile app, ensure that the important parts like your logo is placed in the middle of the page. Make sure that the image size is 1811 x 1359 at 72 dpi.
AgilQuest will then update your banner image in Reserve so it will look like this (nice, right?)
And the mobile app will display like this:
When you are ready to do this or if you wish to make an update to your banner image(s), contact Tango Reserve Support to send your request and remember to include the image file.
