This is to address the issue where the "Accept" and "Decline" buttons do not display after enabling the SPLASH page on the Tango Reserve Room Kiosk.
In order to get the splash page display on the Room Kiosk, a console request will have to be submitted for the splash page to be enabled for the Windows Kiosk or iOS Kiosk. The possible issues that you may encounter on the Room Kiosk after setting it up, when you click on either the Reserve button or the Settings, you will have to login by entering your credentials. Once the credentials has been entered you will see the splash page pop up. The possible issue when viewing the splash page is that the accept and decline button may not appear on the kiosk, even when it is in full view. Possible resolution to get the accept or decline button to show is to check the screen resolution on the device, the resolution will have to be set to 1920x1080 and the scale & layout setting will have to be set to 100%. After the settings has been applied on the device, the accept and decline button will appear on the kiosk:
