Yes. The SAML credential in Reserve is case sensitive and must match exactly what is being sent in your SAML response.
If you use an email address for example, make sure that any upper and lower case characters are correctly entered in the Reserve credential field in the profile.
Can Tango turn off case sensitivity? No. Our SAML is based on the Spring framework and we have no way of turning off case sensitivity.
Tip:
If you are using Azure AD as your IDP, you can try using the ToLower() claim transformation within AzureAD to normalize the attribute that is being sent. You can then adjust all SAML credentials within the Reserve profiles to be lower cased as well.
