This document has been created to show how Face ID and password fill integration works with the Reserve application for iPhone. Specifically for the iPhone X/XR running on 14.8.1 or above.
To set this up, confirm that your iPhone is running on IOS 14.8.1 or higher.
Navigate to Settings > Face ID & Passcode.
Once your Face has been scanned and Face ID has been activated on your iPhone, you can manage passwords for other apps and websites using Face ID.
Ensure that Password Autofill is on
Next.
Navigate to Settings > Passwords
Turn on AutoFill Passwords
Towards the top right of the phone screen tap the + button to add a website: login.agilquest.com.
Proceed with username and password. Apple will recognize the ‘Reserve’ app on your phone that
corresponds to the website you entered.
Upon opening the Reserve application, you will be met by this screen.
Tap the autofill key and proceed to click “LOG IN”. After this initial log in, once logging out, the Face ID will automatically log you in.
Troubleshooting tips:
If the autofill key does not come up upon opening the app, try toggling the “Autofill Passwords” off then back on.
