Reserve Mobile App - SAML login to your iOS device
Users have the option to be able to use a single set of credentials across all of your Reserve applications. Easy, secure access to Reserve helps you love where you work, right from your iPhone.
After downloading the mobile app, you will see a set up screen.
- From the drop down, select the environment your instance is located in. If you are a customer in the United States, you are most likely in the US environment. Other options include Canada and the EU.
- Next, select the authentication flow. Here, you would choose SAML -
- Next, enter your Reserve instance name. This is likely your organization or company name. You can also enter your long EAS SAML URL here.
- The next screen should take you to your organization's authentication page. You will need to authenticate from this page using SSO.
