Added One-Time Payment Approval Workflow in the Mobile App

Overview

In a continuing effort to provide industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to the Tango Lease Mobile Application which now includes an approval workflow for one-time payments.  This enhancement will be available on November 10, 2023.

Summary of Changes

The Tango Lease Mobile Application has added one-time payment (OTP) approvals located in Approvals => Lease OTP Approvals.  Approvers can ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ payments in the same manner as the web application.  There is a “History” tab showing the workflow which automatically updates in the web application Lease Payments Workflow tab.

How it works:

Step 1: Select Lease OTP Approvals, which shows a count of the Approvals.

Step 2: A list of all lease payments, sorted by Effective Date (oldest date first), will be provided with payment details such as Lease Number, Lease Name, City & State, Payment Type, and Gross Amount.  A search bar is available to search for a specific payment.

Step 3: Click on lease payment to Approve or Reject.  Additional details about the payment are provided.

Step 4: The History Tab will reflect the Workflow process which will also be updated in the web application.

Next Steps / Action Required

This new feature will automatically be available to all Tango Lease customers that have the latest app installed from the app store and have been configured for mobile access. Kindly submit a ticket with Tango Support Services through ZenDesk if you would like to request this functionality enabled.
