Map Issue for Chrome users with Touch Screen laptops

Chrome users may have reported their Info Windows on the map are not opening if their laptop has a touchscreen. 

How to disable touch events in Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Type chrome://flags/ in the address bar and press Enter.  (There will be a warning message displayed at the top of this screen.
3. Click on Touch Events API >  and select Disabled.
    a).  To find this setting do a search on the page (use the Ctrl + f keys to open search box) for Touch Events API.
4. Click on Relaunch Now.

After the Chrome browser is relaunched you can close the chrome://flags/ tab and log into the Tango App again.  Open the map and confirm the Info Windows open.
