Status: Fix in place, monitoring during global DNS propagation
Summary
Earlier today, customers in the Canada and APAC regions were unable to log in or access regional services. Other regions were not affected.
Cause
The outage was caused by a DNS configuration issue that prevented most external networks from resolving the affected addresses.
Current Status
The configuration has been corrected and access has been verified as restored. Because DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide, some users may experience intermittent login issues during that window.
If you are still affected
Please wait a short time and try again. If issues persist beyond 24 hours, contact our support team
