"Always Searchable" is an option on an Asset in Tango Reserve which allows any end user to see an asset when completing a reservation search, regardless of their permissions.
To set or review this right:
- Log in with Administrator rights to Tango Reserve.
- Go to "Settings" and then to the "Assets" tab.
- Select the desired Asset.
- Go to the "Policies" tab under the asset.
- Check, or un-check the "Always Searchable" option checkbox.
- A 'Yes' check indicates that the Asset will always be able to be found in a Search, regardless of which Reserve the search is made.
- Leaving the box blank indicates that the Asset will not always be found during a Search that is made in another Reserve, to which the Asset has been published.
