During this session, our technical resource perform the following with your team:
-
Review the server and check that it meets our minimum requirements
-
Get the server names and check for the port information (if applicable)
- Capture the file path for the feed file.
-
Confirm the SMTP information
- Download and install Python 3.12 or 3.13. Go to https://www.python.org/
- Outbound internet access over HTTPS (port 443) on the UMP server
-

Client Preparation Steps Before the Server Health Check Session
- Have a resource from your team to share the screen so we can review the environment with you.
- Make sure that the database server has been installed
- Check that firewalls will not prevent the download of the Python modules.
- Ensure that the servers have access to the internet and can reach Tango Reserve.
- Make sure that you have outbound internet access over HTTPS (port 443) on the UMP server so that you can connect to the production APIs and that the Reserve Admin User credentials log you in to Reserve successfully.
- Have your Reserve UMP Admin (UMP user account) email address and Reserve password ready to do a connectivity test.
