Reserve Accessibility Interface - New Availability Search

The Reserve Accessibility interface will receive an update in the September 2024 release to include a new availability search. Users will now find a bar at the top of the home screen called AVAILABILITY SEARCH, and upon selecting this option, you will be presented a new window.

 

 

The new Availability Search window will be displayed for the user. It is defaulted to the single day reservation flow.

 

 

Single Day Reservations

To begin your search, make sure you have selected your Location and Category.

Users can change the Start and End Dates of the reservation via keyboard entry and by typing in the new date. You can also select the calendar icon to view the calendar picker and choose a date. The new date is highlighted for keyboard entry.

 

Select the Search option to find available assets.

 

Recurring Reservations

To make a recurring reservation, toggle the RECURRING option to on.

 

Then choose your recurrence options.

  1. First, in the ‘Repeat every’, choose the frequency of your recurrence.
  2. Then select if this should occur by Day, Week or Month

 

Daily Recurring Reservations

For daily recurring reservations, first enter a number in the Repeat every field, then select Day from the drop down.  

 

 

In the End field, choose the option for when you want to end the reservation by. When you choose By, you’ll need to enter an end date or select the calendar icon to choose a date.

 

When you choose After, you’ll need to enter the number of times the recurring reservation should occur before it ends.

 

Select the Search option to find available assets.

 

Weekly Recurring Reservations

To make a weekly recurring reservation, first enter a number in the Repeat Every field, then select ‘Week’ from the drop down.  

 

 

 

In the Repeat on option, choose the days of the week you want your reservations to occur

 

 

In the End field, choose the option for when you want to end the reservation by. When you choose By, you’ll need to enter an end date or select the calendar icon to choose a date.

 

 

Or choose the After option and enter the number of times the recurring reservation should occur before it ends.

 

 

Select the Search option to find available assets.

 

Monthly Recurring Reservations

To make a monthly recurring reservation, first enter a number in the Repeat Every field, then select Month from the drop down.  

 

 

In the Repeat on dropdown, choose an option for when the reservation should occur.

 

 

 

In the End field, choose the option for when you want to end the reservation by. When you choose By, you’ll need to enter an end date or select the calendar icon to choose a date.

 

 

Or choose the After option and enter the number of times the recurring reservation should occur before it ends.

 

Select the Search option to find available assets.

 

No End Date Reservations

To make a no end date reservation, begin by selecting a start date for your reservation.

 

 

Then toggle the NO END DATE option to on.

 

Select the Search option to find available assets.

 

 

Search Results

After selecting the Search option from the Availability Search window, you will be provided with the search results of available assets.

To view more details about the asset, click or tab (then enter) on the asset name.

 

 

                                

From this page, pick the asset to reserve by selecting the Book option.

 

From the reservation window, enter your reservation information, then click submit

 

 

You can also change the date and time of your reservation by going to the Start->End field to modify your reservation.

 

 

Note:  If your reservation is occurring on the same day that you are making it, you may see a message that gives you the option to check in now.

 

 

Your active reservations will appear on the home page under Upcoming Reservations.
