The SAML + Reserve integration on its own does not add new users to Reserve.
However, SAML is leveraged in Dynamic User Creation. If this is part of your scope, the Dynamic User Creation is an option that would allow Reserve customers to automatically create users in Reserve. This solution is implemented by leveraging SAML 2.0.
