Overview
In a continuing effort to provide industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to the Standard Lease Abstract Report which will be available April 14, 2023.
Summary of Changes
The Tango lease application has made changes to the Standard Lease Abstract by adding fields and moving fields in the Options and Terms and Recurring Cost sections of the Report. In the Options and Terms section, ‘Exercise Date’ and ‘Notice Period/Option UOM’ fields were added and ‘Option Party and ‘First Notice’ were moved to the end. In the Recurring Cost section, ‘Tax Rate’ field was added.
Note: Only customers using the Standard Lease Abstract Report will have these updates.
