Key Clauses

The Key Clauses page is used to capture the clause types in the lease agreement to be tracked and reported (e.g. Alterations, Assignment/Sublease, Default, etc.):

1. Fill in any known values in this section as follows:

a.  Include: Select this checkbox to capture the Key Clause if it is relevant.  This will create the clause as a record line item in the Clauses tab to be tracked.

b.  Standard Language: Select this checkbox to apply the standard language from the lease.  *Note:  The ‘Comments’ field will not be editable once this box is checked.

c.  Comments: Enter the relevant clause language as abstracted from the lease.
