After a deployment to production or heavy usage of the application, we recommended clearing your internet browser cache. Minor issues can be corrected by clearing the browser’s cache.
Please find instructions below for multiple browsers:
Google Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. Click the horizontal ellipsis in the top right corner.
3. Click on Delete browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, click on more and select All time.
5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.
Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” keys on MacOS. Select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Advanced” > “Clear browsing data.
Firefox
- From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
- Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11 (Win)
- Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.
- Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.
- You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
Option 2: Add a Clear Cache button to your internet browser toolbar.
