Converted to Batch Reporting
Overview
In a continuing effort to provide industry-leading functionality, Tango would like to bring to your attention an enhancement to the Lease Standard Audit Trail Detail Report which now provides for Batch reporting. This enhancement will be available on April 12, 2024.
Summary of Changes
The Tango Lease application has enhanced the Standard Audit Trail Detail Report by converting it to Batch reporting (aka asynchronous) which provides several benefits. First, it allows users to run long reports without having to wait for completion. Secondly, the report output is an xlsx file which allows for over a million rows of data instead of an xls file which only allows for about 65k rows.
How it works:
Step 1: Navigate to the Standard Reports toggle located in the General Reports tile on the Lease Home Page
Step 2: Select the Audit Trail Detail – Asychronous report (new name), add filter parameters, and click Submit
Note: Any report that runs in a batch will be denoted as Yes in the ‘Is Async’ column
Step 3: The below message box will appear, click ok.
Step 4: Click on the Download Manager tab (when the report is ready it will show a status ‘Complete’ and the ‘Download’ button will be available to click to open the report.
